St.Sebastian’s College does its best to provide all necessary requirements to the students.

Apart from the education, students can participate in various activities since only the education won’t help them in building a brighter future. When a student achieved something that bring honor to the Alma Matter and to the student himself, as school, college does its best to appreciate the student for his achievement. It will also encourage others to do something rather than dying on the books.

The Annual Prize Giving is also an example for the effort taken by the school to appreciate the students who have excelled in both education and other activities. It is generally held in October. In this event the college appreciates all the students even the primary students.
The Annual Sports Meet is held with the intention of helping the students to enhance their talents since as a school, it is their duty to help students in improving their talents apart from studies. Normally the sports meet is held in February. College authorities continue to support and encourage students to participate in sports activities and the recently built gymnasium bear ample testimony to that. Though the College is yet to have the facility of a Swimming pool, students are encouraged to participate in swimming.

Students also can join societies active within the school premises. There are large number societies working on different objectives. Apart from above stated events, there are several events held by the societies themselves such as “Science Day”, “Commerce Day” and “Kala Ulela”. Conducting such big projects students can gain valuable experience, which help them in future. Even though there are lots of curricular activities the priority goes to the education.
