The 4th Moratuwa scouts group belonging to St. Sebastian's college got a rare opportunity of touring Norway. 10 scouts and 6 scout leaders will be touring Norway for a friendship camp starting from the 1st of August. The tour is sponsored by a scout troop in Norway.
