Our school, one of the most popular schools in the island has produced excellent world class cricketers like Duleep Mendis, Roger Wijesooriya, Romesh Kaluwitharana, Prasanna Jayawardena, Sajeewa De Silva, Dinusha Fernando over the years and have played an important role in the history of Sri Lankan Cricket.
In order to motivate our younger ones to gain such higher goals we are planning to organize a grand scale junior cricket fiesta “SEBS Premier League – SPL 2012” for under 13 cricketers of our school cricket academy from 01st June to 10th June 2012.
Anuk-Sri Lanka Under 17 Cricket Captain
Master Anuk Fernando our former under 15 captain, who is an all-rounder, has been selected to lead the Sri Lankan under 17 cricket team on their tour to India. We as a College community CONGRATULATE Anuk on his achievement and pray that he will be able to return to Sri Lanka and his alma mater having shown the world the fighting spirit and the talents of the Sebastianites.
